About Nicole Krause, B.A., M.Ed., Ed.D. Student

Hello! I'm Nicole Krause, President and CEO of NicNat Consulting, LLC. 

I am a strategic consultant, educational leader, and lifelong learner dedicated to helping businesses, organizations, and leaders build strong, sustainable foundations for success. Through NicNat Consulting, I specialize in leadership training, ministerial and church operations, and academic operations consulting. My work focuses on strengthening organizational effectiveness, improving operational systems, and cultivating confident, purpose-driven leadership—always with integrity, excellence, and a commitment to lasting impact. 

My professional journey spans higher education administration, K-12 academic leadership, and non-profit ministry contexts. Alongside my university roles, I have long partnered with private, ministerial schools as an Academic Consultant, Advisory Council Member, former School Board Secretary, Online Administrator, and teacher. In these capacities, I have mentored administrators and staff, designed leadership training programs, supported accreditation and compliance, guided strategic planning and growth initiatives, and optimized academic and operational systems. 

Earlier experience as an Activities Director in healthcare administration further strengthened my skills in team leadership, process management, training development, and navigating complex regulatory environments with discretion and care. 

I hold a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Montana and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Montana State University. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. These academic pursuits, combined with more than nine years of managerial and administrative experience, inform my practical, collaborative approach: I partner closely with leaders to assess needs, design tailored solutions, implement change effectively, and empower teams to achieve their vision with clarity and confidence.

Whether supporting a ministry in streamlining operations, guiding an academic institution through strategic initiatives, or equipping leaders to navigate growth and change, my goal remains the same—to deliver results-oriented expertise that strengthens people and organizations for the long term.
